My parcel is lost due to an incorrect address.

I am not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address. If you notice your address is wrong before the item has been dispatched, please contact me. If the item has been dispatched and the address is incorrect i will not be able to refund the item. However, i do attach return address labels to the back of all of my parcels. If the item is returned to me, i will contact you and then i will be able to process a refund.

My order is lost, can I have a replacement?

Unfortunately, I am no longer sending out replacements. If you choose not to have your parcel tracked then I have no idea where it could be. I can only claim for one lost parcel, if I were to send out a replacement I would basically be sending out free goods. If you message me about your order I can file a lost order claim and in most cases get you a refund.

How long does it take to get my order?

All UK orders are sent out First Class. For all international orders please allow at least 5-7 working days from your shipping notification. This is only a guideline for international orders as they can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

My order hasn't arrived?

Please read the above question before contacting me! For UK orders please allow 10 working days from the shipping notification before you message me. For international orders please allow up to 4 weeks. In my experience Canada and Australia take the longest. Please do not wait longer than 5 weeks as I will not be able to do anything in that situation as the lost mail deadline will have passed.
Please bear in mind that delivery times given above are only estimates. Royal mail will only enter into a claim for a lost parcel after the following time lapses:
EU & UK- 20 working days after the item was due for delivery.
Rest of the world- 25 working days after item was due for delivery.
