Shipping and Returns

Shipping your order- 

I aim to get your order out within 1-3 working days of you ordering. I usually go to the post office twice a week on a Monday and Thursday morning. If you need your order by a certain date, please email me on info@thistlesstudio.com and I will see what I can do. 

All UK orders will be sent 1st class with Royal Mail. They estimate it will take between 1-3 working days for you to receive your order. Please bear in the mind this is only an estimate and some orders may take longer to be received. If you still have not received your order after 10 working days, please email me. 

Returning an order- 

If you wish to return your order, please notify me within three days of receiving your order by emailing- info@thistlesstudio.com, please include your order number, name, address, the product you purchased and the reason for retuning.

Items must return back to me in the condition I sent them in. You are responsible to cover the postage costs when retuning the order back to me. Once I have received your returned item/s, I will issue a refund. Please make sure they are sent back within 10 days of you receiving the products. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Feather earrings cannot be returned unless they are in their sealed packaging and the security seal has not been broken. If the earrings arrived broken or damaged, please email me. 

Order hasn't arrived- 

Please allow up to 10 working days before emailing me about a missing order. Most orders shall arrive within 3-5 days after I have dispatched them. Due to covid and other factors, your order may take a little longer to arrive. If after 10 working days your order has not arrived, please email me on info@thistlesstudio.com and I will see what I can do. Please remember the time frames in which your order should arrive is only an estimate. 

Making changes to an order already placed- 

Please email me as soon as possible if you wish to change something about your order. If your order is yet to be dispatched, I can make changes. Please email me on info@thistlesstudio.com

Incorrect address on an order-

I am not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address. If you notice your address is wrong before the item has been dispatched, please contact me. If the item has been dispatched and the address is incorrect, I will not be able to refund the item. However, I do attach return address labels to the back of all of my parcels. If the item is returned to me, I will contact you and then I will be able to process a refund.
