Wreath Making-
This listing is for a Dried flower wreath workshop!
Adults only!
18+ No experience required
The wreath you are making will be similar to the one pictured above. I will supply everyone with the same base foliage and flowers and there will be extra materials, and you can use to add your own unique twist on the wreath. There will be teas and coffee available and a few festive nibbles to enjoy!
The wreath base is a straw ring around 25cm. With the flowers and foliage attached, it will measure around 30cm.
Please note, dried flower wreaths will not last if they are left outside to battle with the elements. If they get wet or blown about, they will more than likely break, and they won’t last as long. I would recommend hanging your wreath indoors. If you wish to hang it outside, I would do so in a place that has shelter from wind and rain, but this will shorten its lifespan.
The venue/ Location-
The wreath making workshops will be held at Hall Farm House, Whepstead, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 4TA.
When you come into the farmyard, please follow the signs down to the workshop and park outside the big green doors sign posted Thistles Studio! Please remember the workshops are being held in a working farmyard, so please drive slowly through the yard and park in the allocated area!
The workshops are being held in a barn, so please dress appropriately. I will have heaters on in there, but it may still feel a bit chilly, so please bring a coat!
There is a toilet onsite and running water.
I am allowing around 3 hours to make your wreath. Some may find this is more than enough time, but I have allowed it just in case!
Cancellation- If you are unable to attend, please let me know 48hr before the date of the workshop for a refund. My email- info@thistlesstudio.com
If you need any other info, please get in contact.
I really look forward to meeting you all and getting creative!
